Google Search emails and microsite

Rolling out a brand new feature can be exciting—or confusing. To help make sure a new feature on Search was a success, my team and I partnered with Google to educate customers about this new tool now known as Posts on Google. We developed a warm welcome email and a series of communications offering best-practices and tips to engage with the tool. Customers also receive triggered updates, with weekly metrics and a snapshot of their performance—plus trends and events they may find useful. And, to provide a single source of truth (and resources), we created a friendly microsite. On the site, users can review a helpful quick-start guide and find answers to their most common questions.
